Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

Standard international shipping charge for delivery by registered mail is EUR 6 per shipment. Please take into consideration that postal shipment is slow and can be unreliabe. Postal shipping is not available in most of Europe due to poor quality.

Orders from € 100 are shipped by courier for free to:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal mainland, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Orders from € 120 are shipped by courier for free to:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Romania, Spain mainland, Sweden.

Orders from € 150 are shipped by courier for free to:

Finland, Greece, Spain Baleares, United Kingdom

Orders from € 200 are shipped by courier for free to:

Cyprus, Malta, Portugal Madeira and Azores, Spain Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Israel, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore.

Postal delivery

We have suspended postal delivery to most of Europe due to poor experience. For other destinations, please be aware that the quality of postal services is differing a lot from country to country. Please take the quality of your local provider of postal services into consideration when estimating the shipping time, that may be even a month or more.  In general, we do not recommend the use of postal services and we cannot guarantee for postal shipments.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship to all addresses including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. This only applies to postal shipment. Shipment by courier is only possible to a street address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Tracking is possible to all destinations except in cases where your local postal service does not offer such service.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Please be aware that for shipments outside the EU, your local customs authorities may charge import duty and taxes on your shipment. Where indicated in the shipping choice, local import costs may be included in the cost of shipping.

Except where otherwise stated, Hansen Supplements is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order during import clearance. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If in doubt, please check the import costs in your country as import duties are extremely high in some countries. Please inform us if you need any specific documentation for your shipment.

Damages.

Hansen Supplements is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If a shipment is lost, it will be covered by our postal service provider up to an amount of EUR 120,00 or equivalent in other currencies and in case of shipping by courier up to the limit of liability set by the courier. Please contact us if your shipment has not arrived in 14 days and please also file a claim with your local curier or postal service.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim for damaged goods, as this may be needed by your local courier or postal provider in the claim procedure.

While we are not responsible for damages or loss during shipment, we will assist you to the extent possible in a claim procedure and to claim for compensation with the courier company or postal services.

Returns.

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with the seal of the container unbroken.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached. A copy is sufficient. In case you decide to return a product, please contact us by email.

Refunds.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If the returned product is in good condition , we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will refund the full product price except the cost of shipping.

In case the return is due to our mistake, we will refund the product price as well as the shipping cost in both directions.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed in advance. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

We only accept returns with prepaid shipping. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
