When you shop in our online store, subscribe to our newsletter, or leave a review, you hand over your personal data to us. The security of this data is very important to us. Providing your data is voluntary but it is necessary for subscription to our newsletter, registration of your order and carrying out of the delivery, invoicing and payment processing and potentially for the return of purchased products and refund.

The controller of personal data, in accordance with Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data is Radowice Sp. Only with your consent does the Controller process your personal data that you have submitted and which is necessary for the performance of the sales agreement, delivery, returns, and marketing activities.

The purpose of processing of personal data is to fulfil your order (registration, shipping and any returns of goods  — the necessary data includes first and last name, address, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, bank details if relevant, conducting marketing activities (Newsletter – email address only), collecting feedback (Jugde.me – email address only), pursuing claims or defending against claims, and fulfilling other obligations under applicable law.

The controller retains your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the agreed business relationship between you and the company and to pursue claims arising from such business relationships, for the time strictly necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the sales agreement, until you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes or delete your review. After the personal data retention period expires, the controller will delete the personal data.

Your personal data will be transferred to external entities only when necessary in connection with the performance of the sales agreement, such as to payment service providers for the purpose of processing payment for your order online, to courier companies for the purpose of delivering and returning goods. Our agreement with these companies includes clauses regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or to restrict its processing, as well as to have it deleted. Any request must be in writing. Contact details are provided above.

If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated, you also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authorities in your country.

The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data and that access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. 

Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling and it will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. It will never be transferred to third parties for any other purpose than what is stated above.

The Data Controller is entitled to amend these terms and conditions by publishing a new version on the website.

This version of the privacy policy is effective from 29 May 2026.
